"I spent a week with Bill and his incredible dogs in the spring of 2011.  Using Bill's expertise and abundance of knowledge, we designed an individualized program to meet my specific needs. Bill is a patient and thorough teacher, and he made sure I had the skills I needed to take the next step."  ~ Kristin
