2 HOUR TOUR EXPERIENCE
(1 HR. SLED DOG RIDE)
Trail LENGTH: 8 TO 10 MILES
We'll greet you at our homestead in a dry and warm room, next to a crackling fireplace where we'll gear you up to stay dry and warm on your sled ride. We'll go through safety instructions and answer any questions.
All bundled up, we'll take you outside to meet our beloved dogs and share some history. They love to be petted and cuddled! You'll see the excitement the dogs have for running the sled as we prepare them for take-off.
You get an hour ride on the sled through trails built specifically for dog sledding.
We may even have an Iditarod racer pass alongside us. Our trail winds through wild pine forests, frozen lakes, rivers and bogs and even a good view of Mount Denali on a clear day.
When we return, you'll be invited back inside to warm your body and soul with a warm drinks. We have some good stories to share and hope you'll bring yours too.
